Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic (within the U.S.) ground shipping over $60 and free international first class mail shipping over $200.

All orders above $100 will be automatically insured. Orders totaling under $100 will not be insured unless otherwise stated.

PLEASE enter your FULL address and double check that it is CORRECT. Do not forget to include your apartment, home, or unit number. Cloaked in Confidence is NOT responsible for insufficient or incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. The address given will be the address the package will be shipped to. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs if returned back to Cloaked in Confidence due to insufficient or wrong address. NO refund will be issued for ANY packages returned to Cloaked in Confidence.

 

In-stock items are shipped within 8 - 10 business days and will arrive in 6 - 7 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. All of my products are made to order - I handmake each order individually and they are custom to you. Please allow for extra time on delivery with discussed custom orders. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

 

You will receive an email to the email address you entered when ordering with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement. Cloaked in Confidence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.

 

Made to Order and Custom Orders May Take 2-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

We are NOT responsible for replacing products marked as delivered. If a package is marked as delivered and you don't see it: check with your mail carrier, your family members, and neighbors. Call your local post office and inquire with the tracking number. Once marked as delivered, USPS has deemed the service complete and Cloaked in Confidence no longer any access and we are unable to submit any inquiries or claims. The customer must pursue the package locally and Cloaked in Confidence is not responsible for sending a replacement or reimbursing the customer. Per USPS current policies, postage claims are no longer able to be filed. Cloaked in Confidence will not refund shipping costs for slow or "late" delivery.

 

We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or NOT delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. We are NOT responsible for any damages during shipping or during buyer's care.

 

IF the package is returned to us for ANY reason you are responsible for the shipping cost to RESHIP the merchandise. No refund will be offered for any package returned back to us for any reason.

International Shipping Policy

We offer free international first class mail shipping over $200.

 

As of January 13th ALL International Orders will be insured. All International Orders will be sent out by FedEx ONLY. If FedEx is not provided as an option to me when shipping, your order will be refunded and cancelled. USPS has been an unreliable delivery service so I will no longer be using USPS for ANY international orders. USPS has consistently lost international orders and I do not want this to happen to you or your purchase. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns on this matter.

If the package is returned to us YOU are responsible for the shipping cost to RESHIP the merchandise. No refund will be offered for any package returned back to us for any reason.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every order is custom made to you. Each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully created just for you. This takes a lot of time and materials. Please note that almost all products on my site are HANDMADE and MADE TO ORDER pieces. Therefore, the majority of items are FINAL SALE - not returnable, exchangeable OR REFUNDABLE. 

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return certain products for a store credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company card for future purchases.

 

NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

 

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders, Made to Order Pieces, Custom Pieces, and Preorder Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are NON returnable NON exchangeable and NON refundable.
