Return Policy

Please note that almost all products on my site are HANDMADE and MADE TO ORDER pieces. Therefore, the majority of items are FINAL not returnable, exchangeable OR REFUNDABLE. 

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return certain products for a refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company card for future purchases.

 

NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.
