How do I order a custom order? There are many custom listings on my site under product listings in my collection (all my orders are made to order). If there is something more specific you have in mind or something you do not see on my website you can message me and we can work together to create a custom order specific to your needs. I can aquire new materials such as different crystals or metals for your specific needs. Please refer to the custom order tab under products to message me about your specific design. How long do custom orders take to complete? Custom orders normally take 1-3 weeks to create and 3-4 weeks if I have to aquire new materials. The time needed to create and complete your custom order will be specific to your needs and this will be discussed before you decide to purchase your custom creation. Please refer to the custom order tab under products to message me about your specific design. What is the difference between a custom order and a normal order? Custom orders are specific to your needs and wants. Custom orders will take longer to create and complete compared to a normal order. Custom order are also more expensive than normal order because they take more of my time and focus to create exactly what you envisioned. How do I find my preferred earring size? We have multiple earring sizes. Please check the product description and pictures to understand the size of each design. If you do not see a size that you want please refer to the custom order tab under products. Fill out the form and we can discuss until we reach your desired necklace length and design. How do I find my preferred necklace length? We have multiple necklace lengths. Please check the product choices and pictures to understand which necklace length you prefer. We suggest measuring a necklace that you already own with a length you know you like. You can take a string or a measuring tape and measure the length of the necklace. Measure the inches of your neck or preferred necklace. If you do not see the length you want please refer to the custom order tab under products. Fill out the form and we can discuss until we reach your desired necklace length and design. How do I find my ring size? We recommend a visit to a jeweler to get an accurate ring sizing. But if you can not make it to our store you can try sizing your finger this way. Cut a thin strip of paper or get yourself a piece of string of several centimeters. You can also use a tailor’s tape. Wrap the string around your finger. Mark with a pen where the strip joins. Measure in millimeters the length between the two pen marks using a ruler or tape measure. Please refer to the custom order tab under products to discuss more details on rings. How do I find my bracelet size? We recommend visiting a jeweler to get an accurate bracelet size. You can also try sizing you wrist at home. You can take a string or measuring tap and wrap it around your wrist. You can also measure a bracelet that you own and know you like the length of. Measure the inches of your wrist or preferred bracelet. Please refer to the custom order tab under products to discuss more details on bracelets and bracelet sizing. What do I do if a ring that I ordered doesn't fit? You can message me about the ring sizing and we can discuss the best possible outcome for you. The two options would be for me to make another ring for you or for you to send back your ring so I can make repairs.

Where do I acquire my materials? I acquire my metals and chain from CaliFindings which is a small business on Etsy. CaliFindings is a family owned business with a goal is to provide unique findings so that anyone can create new and trending jewelry creations. CaliFindings is based in Southern California. Are my materials actually gold filled and sterling silver? YES! The chain for my necklaces and earrings are 14k gold filled or sterling silver. The clasp for our necklaces and bracelets are 14k gold filled or sterling silver. The hook for our earring hooks and earring hoops are hand bent. I use a hammering technique to bend the wire for each design. The hooks and hoops are either brass or sterling silver. Where do I acquire my crystals and gemstones? I acquire my crystals and gemstones from multiple places. Most of my gemstones, beads, and crystals are acquired through other small businesses on Etsy (such as CaliFindings, StonesDirect, and AntiqueCord) If you would like to discuss wholesale inquiries please refer to the contact tab. As a small business, we love to support other small businesses as much as we can. My crystals are inquired from different sources depending on the crystal. I try to use local materials as much as possible. All the money I make is invested back into Cloaked in Confidence which supports other small businesses.
